The beauty of these systems is a holistic healing affect to the entire self, mind, body, spirit, without any nasty side effects.

I have been seeing Helen for massages & facials for over 10 years now. Every time I feel rejuvenated & healed. Helen has amazing, what I like to call “healing hands”. Her energy & passion really come through in her treatments & I always walk out of her treatment room better than when I went in. My favourite treatments are the 60min massage & the Indian head massage, which she sometimes incorporates with a mini facial. Helen creates her own essential oil blends to massage & the aroma of these lingers on me for the rest of the day, which is a reminder of how grateful I am to have been seen by Helen & to have had such an amazing treatment; every time.
